This venue, The Crafty Cuppa in Dorchester was one of the first places I tried workshops at. Run by the fantastic Jenny Cole, this craft workshop is a wonderful hub for the community offering a variety of different crafts for both adults and children. Jenny is in the process of establishing a cafe within the venue. It a wonderful welcoming environment and Jenny always greets you with with a smile. There's always a cup of tea on offer and the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful community she's building really make this venue one of my favourites to work at.
The Hub on the Heath, in canford heath, Poole is another venue I love to do workshops at. It is a not for profit community cafe focused on providing services for the community. Carole Taylor the lovely lady who runs the cafe is so welcoming and it creates a lovely relaxed environment, whether you want to partake in a workshop or enjoy a cuppa and a tasty slice of cake, and trust me they are yummy!
As well as teaching workshops I also have a range of products for purchase at The Hub on the Heath.
This year I will be holding workshops at some exciting new venues. Little tokens in Wareham, Dizzy Co designs in Broadwindsor and the Trouvaille Gallery in Sherborne.
